In dieser Episode des Ladies Drive Podcasts spreche ich über meine aussergewöhnliche Lebensgeschichte – von meiner Adoption als Baby bis zur intensiven Auseinandersetzung mit Erfahrungen, die mich körperlich und seelisch geprägt haben. Ich erzähle, warum es für mich notwendig wurde, dem Schmerz nicht länger auszuweichen, sondern genauer hinzusehen. Auf meinem Weg haben mich unterschiedliche Formen der Begleitung, Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation und die bewusste Auseinandersetzung mit meiner eigenen Geschichte unterstützt.
